Piotr Luc is an experienced financial executive with extensive background in both valuation and restructuring advisory spanning numerous industries. He brings advanced financial modeling, quantitative and analytical skills, including complex integrated business models, cash flow forecasting, discounted cash flow models, comparable company and transaction multiples, and Monte Carlo simulations.
From 2011 through early 2015, Mr. Luc served as a senior consultant in EY’s Restructuring practice. He advised clients in the medical supply, automotive, municipal and banking sectors. Mr. Luc advised C-Suite executives, creditors and other stakeholders on strategic alternatives, including capital structures, divestments, key contracts, cost savings and revenue enhancement initiatives.
From 2007 through 2011, Mr. Luc served as a consultant in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Valuation & Business Modeling practice where he performed over 50 valuations of equity and enterprise interests as well as intangible and intellectual property assets. In this role, Mr. Luc assisted companies in determining value of customer relationships, trade names, internally developed software, patents, assembled workforce as well as controlling and minority investments.
Educated at Baruch College, he earned an BBA in Economics with minors in Law, Management and Political Science. Mr. Luc participated in two study abroad programs including Seoul, South Korea and Prague, Czech Republic as well as a three-month cultural exchange and internship program in Alexandria, Egypt. He is a CFA charterholder, a member in good standing of the CFA Institute, New York Society of Security Analysts, Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, Turnaround Management Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Luc resides in New York City with his wife and young son and has a passion for travel and sailing.
